The county (Cabarrus) says it is not their responsibility. The owner across the creek from us, had a tree come down around June 2nd, during a storm.  Taking a few of ours with it.  He has been contacted to see if his homeowners policy would cover it.  We still have not heard back about it! There is nooooo way we can afford to do it!

It has now caused a blockage. During the storm last Sunday, it caught every single thing coming down the creek.  AND IT WILL ONLY GET WORSE!!!    Now our property floods sometimes when we have lots of rain....but this is not going to help the situation at all!  As well as possible flooding up stream from this.  Also we have lost the site we take the rescue dogs down to play in the water. We lost our little beach.
